
TRADITIONAL SAMBAL
Ingredients:
50 grams shallots
20 grams garlic
10 grams of citrus leaf
15 grams of fish paste
15 grams of leaves of lemon grass
10 grams of a local salt
20 grams lemon juice
75 ml corn oil
5 grams of cayenne pepper
1 gram of salt
Guide :
1. Thin slices of red onion, garlic, cayenne, and lime leaves.
2. Red chilli deseeded and finely sliced.
